Job Title: Senior Architect

Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural project delivery, technical coordination, and construction supervision.
• The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and proven experience managing projects from design development through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert concept designs into detailed technical drawings and coordinate project documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage contractors, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical issues.
• Chair site meetings and prepare project reports.
• Prepare as-built drawings and snag lists.
• Lead project teams and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Registered with NIA and ARCON.
• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture.
• 6–10 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in architectural project leadership and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and technical detailing.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Salary
N600,000 - N800,000 / month.
