We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• The company is seeking to hire a meticulous and proactive Store Officer to oversee site store operations.
• In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of materials which include receiving, inspection, safe storage, and issuance, all while maintaining accurate records and supporting on-site engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure receiving materials, offloading, counting and proper arrangement for easy accessibility and traceability.
• Ensure inventory and stock report is done regularly, and the report is circulated to the stakeholders.
• Ensure material issuance on the ERP system is communicated on time to the Engineers and issue note entries are passed back to the Engineers for final approval on the ERP system.
• Ensure Loading of materials to respective sites as per the requisition upon approval by your supervisor.
• Ensure and maintain a high standard of health and safety at workplace.
• Co-ordinate all the activities at the site store.
• Any other duty/task that may be assigned from time to time.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent working knowledge of micro soft office suite.
• Excellent working knowledge of store administration.
• Excellent material know how- Electrical and Mechanical items.
• Excellent working knowledge of tools and materials management on site.
• Excellent knowledge of inventory management.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping.

Salary
N175,000 monthly gross.
