We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lounge Manager

Location: Abuja
Job type: Full-time (Onsite)
Reports Directly to: GM/Chairman 

Main Function

• Overseeing lounge operations, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional
• Guest service and satisfaction, controlling costs and driving revenue for the 
• Lounge, and maintaining compliance with hotel and legal standards

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing service standards, managing inventory and supplies, maintaining the lounge's ambiance and presentation, resolving guest issues, and collaborating on marketing and sales initiatives to attract patronage.
• Ensure various programs run that will attract people to lounge weekly.
• Come up with a major program that is unique to the lounge on a monthly basis that will pull diverse crowd and increase visibility.
• Brand promotion.
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
• Be familiar with all of 18 hours services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
• Anticipate guest's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Development and implementation of new international trends to set exceedingly expected standards within the industry
• Work with the event manager to Coordinate entertainment, ensuring correct vibe and appropriateness to clientèle.
• Establish par levels for supplies, liquor, beer, wine and equipment. Complete requisitions to replenish shortages or additional items needed for the anticipated business.
• Responsibility for all beverage purchases, inventories and stock levels within the operation.
• Regularly check storage areas for proper supplies, organization and cleanliness.
• Review sales and beverage costs for previous day; resolve discrepancies with accounting. Track actual against budget.
• Conduct pre-shift meeting with staff and review all information pertinent to the day's business.
• Prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with staffing guidelines and labour forecasts. Adjust schedules throughout the week to meet the business demands.
• Ensure that staff report to work as scheduled. 
• Any other assigned task by management.

Salary Range
N300,000 - N400,000 / Month.
