Trax Apparel Global limited is a Nigerian based luxury bespoke clothing and leather product brand. The brand specializes in bespoke products ranging from traditional attires (Kaftans & Agbada), suits, luxury leather footwear, bags and other fashion accessories.
The brand creates unique designs, by intelligently leveraging knowledge of the Africa art & urban culture in the global luxury leather & clothing scene and designs that promote male/female accessories choices. Nigeria is in badly need of a brand that represents us in this industry. The under representation of Nigeria within the global clothing and leather industry led to the creation of Trax Apparel.

Like our customers, our love for simple but unique, attention to detailed styles, luxury, identity, cultural and gender representation influenced Trax Apparel creation. Fashion reflects our image, thoughts, mood, style and passion. However, it also contributes to social economic problems; especially in a society where appearance, identification, discrimination and under representation are major problems faced everyday by both consumers and creatives. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Experience Associate

Reports To: Head of Customer Experience & Sales

Job Summary

• The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer journey from initial contact to post-service follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Process customer orders, bookings, and service requests accurately.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues where necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM or relevant databases.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Production, and Logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups and gather customer feedback.
• Support customer retention initiatives and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Prepare periodic customer service reports and performance updates.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1 – 2 years' experience in customer service, customer relations, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems is an added advantage.

N200,000 / month.
