We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Abuja
Job type: Full time

Role Description

  • The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nigeria, responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within an assigned region.
  • Day-to-day activities include leading and mentoring regional sales teams, setting and monitoring sales targets, and analyzing regional market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts, while ensuring effective execution of sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to provide market feedback, optimize product offerings, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Regular travel within the region is expected to visit customers, oversee field operations, and ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience in regional sales management, business development, or key account management within White Goods and Home Appliances, or related sectors.
  • Strong skills in sales planning, territory management, target setting, and performance monitoring, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making to identify growth opportunities and optimize regional strategies.
  • Effective relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate with distributors, retailers, and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Leadership capabilities, including team coaching, performance management, and the ability to motivate diverse sales teams.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and communicate regional performance to management.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) to manage pipelines and report results.
  • Good understanding of the Nigerian market and regional variations; willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to work ethically.
