We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Team Lead to spearhead the commercial growth of our client's beautiful, newly launched co-working space in Abuja.
  • You will design our market entry strategy, manage the sales pipeline, and lead a team of two executives to maximize occupancy across our private offices, dedicated desks, meeting rooms, and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overarching B2B sales and marketing strategy to position the space as a premier corporate hub.
  • Manage, mentor, and track the daily performance of the sales & marketing team, ensuring KPIs and outbound targets are consistently met.
  • Actively prospect, negotiate, and close high-value corporate accounts, tech startups, NGOs, and international agencies looking for flexible office solutions.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, local corporate activations, and high-profile networking events hosted inside the space.
  • Take full ownership of the space's occupancy targets and generate accurate weekly pipeline reports for executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing, preferably within premium real estate, hospitality, co-working spaces, or high-end corporate services.
  • Possess exceptional negotiation, team management, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital lead-generation funnels is required.
  • Highly organized, entrepreneurial mindset, and deep professional familiarity with the Abuja corporate landscape.

What we Offer

  • N300,000 – N350,000 monthly salary
  • Commission paid monthly on converted leads at 5% of base salary.
