We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: After Sales / Warranty Representative

Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers' after-sales inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Diagnose basic faults on mobile phones and accessories before escalation.
• Receive and document devices brought in for repair or warranty claims.
• Coordinate with the warranty department and authorized service centers regarding repairs.
• Track repair status and provide customers with regular updates.
• Process approved product exchanges and returns in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, repairs, and resolutions.
• Follow up with customers after repairs to ensure satisfaction.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must have completed NYSC

Required Skills:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, accessories, and mobile technology.
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and CRM systems).
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
