We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant (Male)

Location: Bale Street Corner Bus Stop - Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Start Date: Immediately
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturdays: Occasionally (only when there are company events or urgent needs)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly disciplined, smart, and professional Personal Assistant to provide executive support to management.
• The ideal candidate must be proactive, well-presented, and capable of handling both administrative and personal support duties, including driving and travel coordination.

Requirements

• HND or BSc in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
• Must be able to drive an official vehicle (valid driver’s license required).
• Must be computer literate.
• A mature male candidate is preferred.
• Real estate experience is an added advantage.
• Must be presentable and professionally mature in appearance and behavior.
• Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
• Must be proactive, smart, and highly organized.
• Ability to travel at short notice when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative and personal support to management.
• Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
• Run official errands and represent management when required.
• Drive executive to official engagements and meetings.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
• Coordinate internal and external communications.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month (depending on experience and competency).
