GKT Consults Limited is a reputable transport and logistics management company based in Lagos, providingexecutive transportation, corporate car rental, airport transfer services, and Protocol and security transportto leading organizations.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD

Location: Airport Road, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, resourceful, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide executive and administrative support to the Managing Director.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, work independently with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
  • This role requires flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when business needs arise. Leaving close to the Airport road, Lagos will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and manage emails, and other correspondence.
  • Prepare letters, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and business documents.
  • Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports and presentations.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, vendors, partners, and government agencies.
  • Monitor and follow up on assignments across departments.
  • Organise and maintain physical and electronic records.
  • Assist with business development, project coordination, and special assignments.
  • Utilise AI tools to improve productivity, research, content creation, document preparation, scheduling, and workflow automation.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Perform other official and administrative duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • OND or Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Administration, Office Technology & Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Proficiency in the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar productivity tools.
  • Excellent internet research, report writing, and document preparation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and willing to work extended hours, weekends, and outside normal business hours when required.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
