Description

• Are you passionate about fashion, marketing, and business growth? Do you enjoy turning ideas into results, creating brand visibility, and driving customer engagement?
• We're looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Marketing & Growth Executive. This role will be responsible for driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth across the company's digital channels.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage and publish content across all brand platforms
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives
• Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth
• Identify, engage, and manage influencers and brand collaborations
• Generate creative ideas and opportunities to increase visibility and reach
• Manage and update product listings on the website, Jiji, and other relevant platforms
• Grow and maximize the brand's presence on TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, and other digital channels
• Plan, run, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across relevant platforms, including Telegram
• Track market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
• Monitor platform performance and provide regular reports and recommendations
• Support the achievement of the company's annual sales and growth objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Passion for fashion, marketing, and brand growth
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing
• Experience creating and managing content across multiple platforms
• Knowledge of digital advertising and campaign management
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand collaborations
• Basic graphic design and content creation skills (Canva or similar tools)
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Ability to analyze performance and recommend improvements
• Highly organized with strong project coordination skills
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, brand management, or a related role
• Experience working with a fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer-focused brand is an advantage
• Familiarity with website management, online marketplaces, and social media analytics tools.

Starting Salary
N180,000 / Month.
