About the Role

• We are looking for a professional and personable Front Desk Officer to join a healthcare facility in Anthony, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and efficient experience from the moment they walk in.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, handle inquiries, and direct them appropriately
• Schedule appointments, manage patient files, and maintain accurate daily logs
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages professionally and promptly
• Assist with registration, payment processing, and issuing receipts
• Maintain front desk supplies, manage visitor registers, and support other admin tasks
• Uphold patient confidentiality and follow all healthcare facility protocols.

Requirements

• HND, or BSc Degree in any related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Front Desk Officer in a healthcare facility, hospital, clinic, or HMO
• Customer service or healthcare admin certification is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, proficiency in MS Office and patient management systems
• Professional appearance, empathy, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and team player.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
