Onyx Beauty Hub is a luxury hair brand that offer wholesale and retail of virgin hair and raw single donor hairs . We offer variety of hair textures, including straight, wavy and curly hairs. Our hairs are carefully sourced and selected from various donors in China, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Philippines, India, Burma, Argentina.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by delivering exceptional customer experiences, converting inquiries into sales, and building lasting relationships with clients.
  • As a representative of Onyx Beauty Hub, the Sales Executive must embody the elegance, professionalism, and excellence associated with a luxury beauty brand while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilites
Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Convert walk-in customers, online inquiries, and leads into paying customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize order value.
  • Follow up on quotations, abandoned carts, and pending customer inquiries.
  • Generate new business opportunities through referrals and prospecting.

Customer Experience:

  • Deliver a premium customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat purchases.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently advise customers.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all hair products, wigs, closures, frontals, accessories, and services.
  • Stay informed about new product launches, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Educate customers on product care and maintenance.

Sales Administration:

  • Accurately process customer orders using the company's systems.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
  • Ensure proper handover of completed orders to the Logistics and Customer Service teams.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Build relationships with wholesale customers, salons, stylists, influencers, and corporate clients.
  • Participate in exhibitions, campaigns, and promotional events when required.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Marketing, Customer Service, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights to support product and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years' sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, beauty, fashion, or e-commerce.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Customer relationship management skills.
  • Persuasive presentation and closing abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer interactions.
  • Professional, confident, and well-groomed.
  • Passionate about luxury beauty products and customer service.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Honest, dependable, and accountable.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude with a strong team spirit.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
