We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Experience (CX) Intern

Location: Nigeria

What You Will Support

• You will support the heart of our community. You will help grow and nurture our WhatsApp Community and ensure every member feels seen, heard, and valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Support growth and nurturing of WhatsApp Community
• Support bi-weekly fireside chats
• Respond to member messages with warmth and care
• Welcome new members individually
• Capture member testimonials and success stories
• Support retention campaigns
• Track community engagement and feedback

What You Bring

• Warm, approachable, and empathetic personality
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for women's health and community building
• Self-directed, proactive, and organized
• Comfortable hosting conversations and moderating discussions
• Experience with WhatsApp or Telegram communities is a plus
