We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Content Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos

About The Role

• The Content Marketing Manager will own and drive the end-to-end content strategy across all digital channels at Kredi Bank.
• This role goes beyond execution, requiring strong strategic thinking, performance ownership, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, CRM, Growth, and Design teams.
• The ideal candidate is a high-impact storyteller and operator who can translate product value into compelling narratives that drive acquisition, activation, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and Own Kredi's Content Strategy:

• Develop monthly and quarterly content strategies aligned with business objectives and ensure content supports customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and product adoption.

Lead Social Media Content & Brand Storytelling:

• Own Kredi Bank's social media content strategy across all platforms.
• Plan and manage the production of videos/reels, carousels, static creatives and stories. Identify relevant trends and cultural moments that strengthen brand visibility and ensure all content reflects Kredi Bank's brand voice and positioning.

​​​​​​​Drive Product Marketing Content:

• Partner closely with the Product and Growth teams to create content that supports product launches and feature adoption.
• Develop content for savings products, loans, business Banking, payments, cards, new product launches and product updates.

​​​​​​​Own Lifecycle Marketing Content:

• Develop and optimize content that improves customer activation and retention across CRM channels.

​​​​​​​Manage SEO & Educational Content:

• Own Kredi Bank's long-form content strategy.
• Plan and oversee blog articles, SEO content, financial education content, thought leadership articles and product education guides.
