We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Chef

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all kitchen operations. 
• Develop and maintain high-quality menus. 
• Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation. 
• Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff. 
• Manage food cost, inventory, and kitchen budgets. 
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards. 
• Ensure efficient kitchen workflow during service. 

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable Fine Dining, with relevant trainings and certifications. 
• Strong leadership and organizational skills. 
• Extensive knowledge of international and contemporary cuisine. 
• Excellent understanding of food costing and inventory management. 
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume kitchen.
