We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: E-Commerce and Operation Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• E-commerce Managers oversee the design and execution of online sales strategies and are responsible for the image, functionality, and performance of online retail platforms.

They have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategy to improve website performance
• Work with the web development team to improve website speed
• Work with the marketing team to improve quality and traffic acquisition
• Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies
• Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies
• Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing
• Manage and oversee e-commerce platforms and systems
• Train staff to use various e-commerce systems effectively
• Track and monitor performance and sales of online store
• Manage and oversee order fulfillment process
• Deal with complaints or issues related to e-commerce platform
• Collaborate with IT department to establish site analytics
• Create and maintain online business promotion.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 per month.
