Job Summary
We are seeking two experienced, commercially driven, and highly connected professionals to drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s presence across key transport corridors.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the transport technology ecosystem, industry stakeholders, and high-demand transport routes, with a proven ability to develop partnerships that drive revenue and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and commercial accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with transport operators, fleet owners, logistics companies, corporate organizations, and other industry stakeholders.
Identify and develop high-potential transport routes and markets for business expansion.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities within the transport technology sector.
Lead negotiations, prepare business proposals, and close partnership agreements.
Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets.
Work closely with operations and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of partnership initiatives.
Maintain an active business pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
Represent the company at industry events, networking engagements, and stakeholder meetings.
Monitor industry trends and recommend strategies to improve market penetration and competitive advantage.
Ensure excellent client relationship management and post-partnership support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Transport Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
Prior experience within the Transport Technology, Mobility, Logistics, Ride-Hailing, Fleet Management, or Transportation industry is required.
Strong understanding of transport operations, key commercial routes, and the transportation ecosystem.
Demonstrated experience building and managing strategic business partnerships.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development and revenue targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
