Job Title: Telemarketer

Location: Katampe District, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Telemarketer is responsible for converting company-generated sales leads to actual clients, promoting the Company's products and services, engaging prospective and existing customers through telephone and digital communication, scheduling appointments, and supporting the Sales Team in achieving business growth and revenue targets.
• The role requires excellent communication, persuasion, customer service, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify sales leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Promote the Company's products and services to prospective customers.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the Sales Team.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
• Update customer information and call records in the CRM/database.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports.
• Meet assigned call, lead generation, appointment, and sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, confidentiality requirements, and ethical sales practices.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years of experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Customer relationship management and active listening.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
• Teamwork, professionalism, and integrity.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
