• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3 - 6 years' experience managing a restaurant or hospitality operation.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience managing restaurant budgets and operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and food safety regulations.
