Job Title: Restaurant Manager (Male)

Location: Akure, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: Immediate employment / within 2 weeks

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who can assume responsibility immediately, effectively lead restaurant operations, manage staff, maintain high service standards, and contribute to the company's growth.
• The successful candidate should also be adaptable and willing to work in any of the organization's branches as operational needs require.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Drive sales growth and improve restaurant profitability.
• Monitor operational costs and reduce wastage.
• Maintain high operational standards across all assigned locations.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Food Science & Technology, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in restaurant management or a related hospitality role.
• Candidate must currently reside within Akure or its environs (local candidates preferred).
• Must be flexible and willing to accept deployment or relocation to any of the company's branches within or outside Ondo State whenever required by the organization.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Inventory and stock management.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Basic accounting and report writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to drive operational excellence and improve restaurant profitability.

Working Schedule:

• Working Days: Monday – Sunday (Rotational off days)
• Working Hours: 6:30 AM – 9:30 PM (May vary depending on operational demands.)

Benefits

• Salary: N200,000 - N300,000 Per Month
