Job Title: Brand Design Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The Brand Design Executive is responsible for bringing the brand to life through compelling visual communication across digital, print, retail, packaging, and marketing channels.
• The role ensures all creative assets are delivered on time, align with brand guidelines, and support marketing and commercial objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
Brand Design & Creative Execution:

• Design high-quality creative assets for digital, print, retail, events, and internal communications.
• Produce engaging social media creatives, campaign visuals, website banners, email graphics, and advertising materials.
• Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling concepts that align with business goals.
• Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Campaign Asset Development:

• Execute creative assets for seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand activations.
• Develop key visual adaptations across multiple formats and platforms.
• Create POS materials including:Shelf wobblers,Danglers,Flyers,Posters,Roll-up banners,Trade marketing materials.

Packaging & Product Artwork:

• Support packaging design updates and artwork revisions.
• Prepare print-ready production files.
• Ensure artwork complies with brand standards and production requirements.
• Liaise with printers and production vendors where required.

Motion & Digital Content Support:

• Create simple motion graphics and animated assets for social media.
• Resize and adapt content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, website, and paid advertising.
• Support video thumbnail creation and digital campaign assets.

Brand Consistency:

• Maintain and enforce brand identity across all creative outputs.
• Ensure correct use of logos, typography, imagery, and colour systems.
• Manage and organize the company's creative asset library.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with, Marketing,Sales,Customer Service / E-commerce,Trade Marketing, and Operations
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions.
• Provide design support for company-wide initiatives.

Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work. 
• Excellent creativity and attention to detail. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices. 
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
