Job Title: Sales & Onboarding Representative

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• The Sales & Onboarding Representative is a dual-focused role responsible for driving adoption of mDoc's digital healthcare solutions while ensuring seamless onboarding experiences at our community hubs and partner health facilities.
• This position combines field sales expertise with hands-on member activation, requiring a dynamic professional who can both convert prospects and guide new members through their healthcare journey.
• The ideal candidate will split their time between business development activities and delivering exceptional in-person onboarding support at designated locations.

Requirements

• Minimum HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Health, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Experience in healthcare, health tech, pharmaceuticals, insurance, or technology sectors strongly preferred
• Prior experience in customer onboarding, training, or member activation is highly desirable
• Familiarity with digital health platforms or health service delivery is a plus.
