Job Summary

• The Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and implementing people strategies that attract, develop, engage, and retain high-performing employees while fostering a positive workplace culture.
• This role oversees the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, policy implementation, compliance, and organizational development.
• Working closely with executive leadership, the HR Manager ensures that the organization's human capital strategy aligns with business objectives while promoting legal compliance, employee well-being, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service.
• Within the Spa, Beauty, Wellness, and Personal Care industry, the HR Manager also ensures staffing levels support excellent client experiences and that employees uphold the company's service standards, professionalism, and brand values.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Design workforce plans that support business expansion.
• Advise management on organizational structure and manpower planning.
• Develop succession plans for key business positions.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
• Improve employer branding initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive onboarding programs.
• Ensure new hires understand organizational policies and culture.
• Conduct annual Training Needs Assessments (TNA).
• Develop learning and development plans.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Organize staff recognition programmes.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Salary
N6,000,000 annually.
