Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Presales Engineering Officer to support the sales and business development team by designing tailored technology solutions, managing technical engagements, and driving successful client conversions.
• The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer business needs by providing solution presentations, technical consultations, product demonstrations, proposal development, and presales support throughout the sales cycle.
• The role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both sales and technical teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and develop suitable technology solutions.
• Design customized solution proposals aligned with client business objectives and technical needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and technical proposals to prospective clients.
• Conduct needs assessments, solution mapping, and technical consultations during client engagements.
• Support the development of solution architectures, scope documents, and implementation recommendations.
• Ensure all proposed solutions align with company capabilities, pricing models, and delivery standards.
• Collaborate with the sales team throughout the sales lifecycle to improve conversion rates and deal closures
• Assist in responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
• Support business development initiatives by identifying emerging customer needs and market opportunities.
• Contribute to revenue growth by helping secure new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful deployment.
• Assist in product positioning and value proposition development.
• Coordinate presales activities and ensure timely delivery of proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications in technology, networking, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, or project management are an added advantage.
• Must have 3–5 years experience in presales, solution consulting, technical sales, or business development within the technology industry.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise sales and delivering technology solutions to clients.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.
• Strong understanding of B2B technology sales processes.
• Strong technical and analytical skills
