We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Distribution Manager

Locations: Ibadan - Oyo, Ondo and Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit major distributors for the company's water heater products within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key business partners.
• Drive market expansion by identifying new business opportunities and increasing product penetration.
• Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Monitor distributor performance and provide ongoing support to maximize sales.
• Conduct regular market surveys to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales and market intelligence reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability and excellent customer service.
• Represent the company professionally during customer engagements, trade events, and business meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, business development, or distributor management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding distribution networks.
• Experience in the building materials, electrical, home appliances, or related industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Must reside in or be willing to work within the preferred location (Ibadan, Ondo, or Kwara State).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Remuneration

• Salary: N200,000 Monthly
• Incentives: Weekly Performance-Based Incentives.
