Summary

• We are seeking talented and creative Mixologists to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails, delivering outstanding customer service, and creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
• Create innovative cocktail menus and seasonal beverage offerings that enhance the guest experience.
• Engage with guests professionally, offering drink recommendations based on their preferences.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of beverage sales, stock usage, and inventory.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on current beverage trends, mixology techniques, and premium spirits.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an added advantage.
• 5 - 7 years of proven experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or Bar Supervisor in a reputable hotel, lounge, or restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and beverage pairing.
• Strong creativity and flair for developing signature cocktails.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Relevant certifications in mixology or bartending will be an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
