Transsion Holdings, the company formerly known as TECNO TELECOM LIMITED, established in July 2006, is a high-tech company specializing in the R&D, production, sale and service of mobile communication products. After years of development, Transsion has become an important part of the mobile phone ndustry and one of the major mobile phone manufacturers in the world. Currently, it has full ownership of three famous mobile phone brands TECNO, itel and Infinix, and an after-sales service brand Carlcare.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Retail Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Regional Retail Manager will oversee retail operations and drive sales performance across Abuja and its environs.
• The role is responsible for managing retail teams, achieving sales targets, ensuring operational excellence, and expanding the company's market presence.
• The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the sales of mobile accessories or consumer electronics and a proven ability to lead high-performing retail teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Supervise and support Retail Supervisors, Store Managers, and Sales Promoters.
• Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and productivity.
• Ensure product availability, merchandising standards, and inventory accuracy.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational compliance.
• Analyze sales reports and provide recommendations for business growth.
• Recruit, coach, and evaluate retail staff to improve performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key customers.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to support business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 4 - 6 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in the sales of mobile accessories or consumer electronics accessories is required.
• Experience managing multiple retail outlets within a region is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
