Job Title: Medical Sales Representative (Field) Intern

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos

Job Summary

• Lithosmed Limited is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Medical Field Representative (Sales) Intern to support its sales and business development activities while gaining practical experience in the healthcare and medical device industry.
• This internship offers hands-on exposure to medical equipment sales, customer engagement, inventory processes, and day-to-day business operations. Successful interns who demonstrate exceptional performance, professionalism, and initiative may be considered for permanent employment after the three-month internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in promoting the company's medical equipment and devices.
• Assist in identifying and engaging prospective customers and healthcare facilities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Support inventory management and stock documentation.
• Assist with product preparation, packaging, and delivery logistics.
• Maintain accurate documentation, data entry, and customer records.
• Participate in product demonstrations, training sessions, and sales meetings.
• Carry out administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
• Prepare activity reports and provide feedback to the sales team.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Medical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Anatomy, Physiology, or any related field.
• Strong interest in medical equipment sales and healthcare solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to travel within assigned locations.
