About the Role

• We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Treasury Officer with a proven track record in fund mobilisation to join their team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving deposit mobilisation initiatives, managing treasury relationships, optimizing liquidity, and contributing to the organization's funding strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive deposit and investment fund mobilisation from individuals, corporate organizations, and institutional clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high-value deposit customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, corporate clients, and investment partners.
• Monitor liquidity positions and ensure adequate funding for business operations.
• Support treasury operations, cash flow management, and investment activities.
• Identify new business opportunities for treasury products and services.
• Prepare treasury reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal treasury policies.
• Collaborate with business development and relationship management teams to achieve funding targets.
• Monitor market trends, interest rates, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, or a related discipline.
• 5 – 8 years' experience in Treasury, Fund Mobilisation, Deposit Mobilisation, or Relationship Management within a financial institution.
• Demonstrable success in mobilising substantial deposits and investment funds.
• Strong network of corporate clients, HNIs, and institutional investors will be a significant advantage.
• Excellent understanding of treasury operations, liquidity management, and financial markets.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Professional certifications such as **CIBN, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CIS will be an added advantage.
