We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Medical Laboratory Scientist

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory investigations accurately and efficiently.
• Collect, process, and analyze patient specimens in line with standard operating procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of laboratory results.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure quality control measures are followed.
• Adhere to safety, infection prevention, and quality assurance standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records.
• Work collaboratively with clinicians and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BMLS) in Medical Laboratory Science.
• Current practicing licence with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
• Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in a hospital laboratory.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory quality management systems.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in the use of laboratory information systems is an added advantage.
