The Senior Brand Associate will play a key role in managing and executing brand and marketing campaigns for clients, working closely with the Brand Manager and broader agency teams to deliver high-quality, strategic, and impactful brand solutions.
The role requires strong project management, client relationship, research, and campaign execution skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple deliverables, provide strategic input, and ensure that all brand activities align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution:
Support the development and execution of brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
Translate brand strategies and client objectives into actionable campaign plans and deliverables.
Ensure campaigns are executed effectively across digital and offline touchpoints.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
Ensure all brand activities align with approved brand positioning and communication objectives.
Campaign & Project Management:
Lead the coordination and execution of assigned brand campaigns and projects.
Develop and maintain campaign timelines, content calendars, and project schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, media, and production, to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Track project progress, identify potential delays, and proactively escalate issues.
Ensure campaign deliverables meet quality standards and agreed timelines.
Client Management & Support:
Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategy sessions.
Prepare client presentations, reports, proposals, and campaign updates.
Follow up on client requests and ensure timely responses and resolution.
Document meeting outcomes, action points, and follow-ups.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and strengthen account relationships.
Research & Insights:
Conduct market, consumer, competitor, and industry research to support brand and campaign development.
Monitor market and industry trends and provide relevant insights to the team and clients.
Analyse campaign and consumer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Support the development of insight reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
Brand Governance & Quality Control:
Ensure all brand communications and materials comply with established brand guidelines.
Review and proofread brand materials before client submission or publication.
Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Support periodic brand audits and identify areas requiring improvement.
Ensure brand assets, documentation, and project files are properly organized and maintained.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship:
Work closely with the Brand Manager and other agency teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
Provide guidance and support to Brand Associates and junior team members.
Review work and provide constructive feedback where necessary.
Participate actively in brainstorming, planning, and strategy sessions.
Contribute ideas that improve team workflows, campaign execution, and overall client experience.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Track and report on campaign progress, deliverables, and key milestones.
Support the preparation of campaign performance reports and post-campaign evaluations.
Provide regular updates to the Brand Manager on project status, risks, and opportunities.
Use data and insights to make informed recommendations for campaign optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in branding, marketing, advertising, or an integrated agency environment.
Strong understanding of brand management, campaign development, and marketing communications.
Proven experience managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Strong client relationship and communication skills.
Good analytical, research, and reporting abilities.
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
