Job Title: Sales Administrative Officer
Location: Awe, Oyo

Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive administrative and reporting support to the sales team, ensuring effective coordination of sales operations, timely processing of sales data, and the generation of accurate reports.
The Sales Admin Officer plays a key role in facilitating smooth sales activities, supporting strategic decisions, and driving the efficiency of the sales function at Amo Farm.
Roles and Responsibilities
Sales Operations Support:
Serve as a central coordination point for the sales team, assisting with day-to-day administrative requirements.
Track sales performance metrics and support the National Sales Manager in preparing data for reviews and forecasts.
Assist in implementing sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns.
Coordinate internal meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on deliverables with sales team members.
Sales Reporting & Data Management:
Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports from the team.
Maintain up-to-date records of customer transactions, pricing, discount structures, and sales performance data.
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales representatives and regions and provide timely updates to management.
Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of sales records and correspondence.
Customer & Order Coordination:
Support the sales team in managing key customer accounts by tracking orders, outstanding deliveries, and customer requests.
Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to follow up on deliveries, invoicing, and payments.
Prepare and validate order summaries, invoices, and pricing information for accuracy before circulation.
Process Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all internal sales documents are accurately completed, approved, and processed in line with company policy.
Assist with tracking and resolving sales team issues, such as pricing discrepancies, pending approvals, or customer complaints.
Maintain a database of approved customers, pricing tiers, contracts, and related documentation.
Communication & Stakeholder Support:
Act as the communication liaison between the sales team and other departments.
Coordinate responses to inquiries, information requests, and administrative issues for the sales function.
Assist with internal and external communication involving key sales operations, project updates, or customer engagement activities.
General Administrative Duties:
Manage the sales calendar including team schedules, deadlines, and reporting timelines.
Support meeting arrangements and logistics for the sales team as needed.
Serve as office support for the Team.
Assist with vendor or partner engagement under the direction of the National Sales Manager.
Requirements
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related discipline.
2–3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role within a structured business environment (FMCG, Agribusiness, or Retail preferred).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM, ERP, or sales software is a plus.
