Job Title: Project Planner 

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview 

• Drive successful project delivery by creating detailed schedules, analyzing critical paths, forecasting trends, and monitoring procurement via our ERP system to ensure projects stay on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Baselines: Build WBS and baseline schedules (MS Project/Primavera P6) and lead Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR).
• Monitoring & Forecasting: Track progress, analyze critical paths, manage risks, and issue early warnings for schedule deviations or recovery.
• Resource & Procurement Management: Plan short-/long-term resource allocation and use the ERP system to track material impacts on timelines.
• Subcontracts & Scope Control: Oversee subcontractor schedules, provide tender schedules, and adjust budgets/contracts for scope changes.
• Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare regular progress reports and mentor team members on planning best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Applied Science, or related fields. (Master’s or PMI-SP is a plus)
• Experience: 4–8 years in project planning; site management background preferred.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or Asta Powerproject, plus strong ERP adaptability.
