We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mechanical and Technician Officer

Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all plant and production equipment
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out timelyt repairs.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Intall, test, and commission new equipment.
• Ensure machine operates with minimal downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company maintenance procedures.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of hands-on maintenace experience in a manufacturing, production, pharmaceutical, of FMCG
• Experience with preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
• Experience working with production machinery and utility equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including: electric motors, control panels, star-delta starters, variable frequency drivers (VFDs), sensors and relays.
• Good knowledge of mechanical systems including: pumps, compressors, gearboxes, bearing, conveyors.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults efficiently.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills will be an added advantage.
