Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Job Overview

• The Webmaster will occasionally build, maintain and troubleshoot websites, test their functionality and compatibility across different platforms, and monitor online traffic and performance.
• They will configure and manage web servers, implement security measures, and occasionally review search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance website visibility.
• The Webmaster will address user complaints, collaborate with team members, and stay updated on web standards and technologies to deliver functional and user-friendly websites.
• They will also manage social media and email marketing posts.

Responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of web server and relative services – CPanel, email, DNS, and domain names, SSL, websites and periodic backup.
• Setup and maintenance of DNS for web services.
• Manage pointing of domain names to DNS, web server, email server and related services.
• Basic assistance with migration of websites between service provider.
• Assist with basic updates, in accordance with set standards, procedures and best practices.
• Provide technical support on behalf of the company.
• Automate routine procedures by creating management tools.
• Ensure that social media pages and email marketing accounts are always up and running.
• Manage scheduling of social media and email marketing posts.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in an ICT course or relevant experience.
• Proven experience as a Webmaster and Web Developer.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with web standards.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
