Job Title: Night Duty Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• The Night Duty Manager oversees hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring excellent guest service, staff supervision, safety, security, and the smooth running of all hotel activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise hotel operations during the night shift.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Oversee front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and the night audit.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, and other departments.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property.
• Handle emergencies and operational issues as the manager on duty.
• Prepare the nightly handover and incident reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in hotel operations or front office supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is an advantage.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
