Job Title: Preschool Coordinator

Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all preschool activities and programmes.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the Early Years Foundarion Stage Curriculum.
• Monitor lesson plans, classroom teaching, and children's learning outcomes.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to preschool teachers.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and child-friendly learning environment.
• Monitor children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Coordinate assessments, reports, and documentation of children's progress.
• Organize staff meetings, professional development, and training sessions.
• Maintain effective communication with parents regarding their children's progress and school activities.
• Address parents' concerns promptly and professionally.
• Supervise the preparation and availability of teaching and learning resources.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, health and safety regulations, and early childhood education standards.
• Coordinate school events, celebrations, excursions, and preschool programmes.
• Work closely with the Head of School and other coordinators to achieve the school's vision and goals.
• Monitor staff punctuality, attendance, and professional conduct.
• Assist in staff recruitment, induction, mentoring, and performance appraisal.
• Prepare regular reports on preschool activities, achievements, and areas for improvement.
• Promote a positive school culture that supports children's holistic development.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Ed Degrees in Early Childhood Education or related course with 5 - 10 years relevant work experience.
• Previous experience as a preschool coordinator in an International school.
• Deep Understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage framework..
• Possess a patient and resilient personality.
• Strong dedication to pupils and have a passion for education.
• Excellent written, oral communication and exceptional organizational skill.
• Strong commitment for professional development.
