Ginos Ventures Limited is an Indigenous distributor of medical consumables and devices across Africa, we provide solutions to all problems of procurement, distribution, and supply of all medical consumables. We currently distribute for over 15 multinational healthcare companies and have a working relationship with about 60% of healthcare institutions in Nigeria with 23 Medical Representatives and 10 mini distributors that cover major regions in the country.

Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Location: Aro, Abeokuta - Ogun

Job Summary

• We are seeking a qualified, detail-oriented, and proactive laboratory technician to join our team.
• The successful candidate will support laboratory operations by conducting routine laboratory procedures, maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring accurate documentation, and adhering to quality and safety standards.

Job Description

• Perform laboratory tests and procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Collect, prepare, label, and process patient specimens accurately.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Record and report test results accurately and promptly.
• Maintain proper laboratory documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance and laboratory safety standards.
• Monitor laboratory inventory and report shortages of reagents and consumables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory environment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient laboratory services.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• HND, or B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology/Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Proficiency in laboratory equipment and diagnostic procedures.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
