Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead

Location: Iyana Ipaja,  Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM WAT

Job Summary

• At OSSAJ Ventures, we leverage technology to improve efficiency and resilience across real estate, construction, manufacturing, and facility services businesses.
• We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to own our demand generation, marketing automation, analytics, customer acquisition, and recruitment marketing efforts across the OSSAJ portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through multi-channel digital campaigns
• Optimize websites, landing pages, and conversion funnels to improve performance
• Manage CRM and marketing automation workflows
• Execute and monitor paid advertising campaigns across digital channels
• Analyze campaign, website, and funnel performance using data-driven insights
• Develop executive dashboards and performance reports
• Lead employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Build talent pipelines through strategic social media and digital recruitment campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Operations
• Strong experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, SEO, paid media, Google Analytics, and reporting tools
• Experience implementing marketing technology solutions and improving conversion rates
• B2B experience within construction, manufacturing, facility services, or related industries is an advantage
