Role Overview

• Develop and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities that support the holistic growth of young children.
• Create a warm and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued, loved, and supported.
• Integrate faith-based values and principles into daily routines and activities, fostering spiritual development alongside academic learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure each child’s individual needs are met and their unique talents are nurtured.
• Embrace a play-based approach to learning that encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Teaching certification or eligibility for certification.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early years education.
