Job Summary

• The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, providing strategic financial leadership, and ensuring the overall financial health and sustainability of the organisation.
• The CFO also manages relationships with investors, banks, and other stakeholders, and provides strategic recommendations to the CEO based on financial analysis.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies that align with business goals.
• Manage the company's budgeting process and develop financial forecasts to guide decision-making.Prepare and present accurate financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and compliance.
• Oversee cash flow management, ensuring the company has necessary resources to meet its obligations.
• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company's long-term financial stability.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• MBA or Master's Degree in Finance / Accounting, with professional certifications like ACA or ACCA preferred.
• 3+ years of financial leadership experience, with telecom industry knowledge.

Required Skills:

• Financial planning and analysis.
• Strategic planning.
• Risk management.
• Leadership and communication.
• Regulatory compliance.
• Mergers and acquisitions.
• Financial modeling and forecasting.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Zoho Books).
• Strong Excel skills.
• Familiarity with telecom industry trends and regulations.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Ajah and its environs.

Remuneration

• Salary: N750,000 monthly.
• Pension, Group Life Assurance.
