Job Summary
- The IT Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing the hotel's Information Technology infrastructure, systems, applications, networks, cybersecurity, and digital operations to ensure the availability, reliability, security, and efficiency of all technology services.
- The role ensures uninterrupted operation of hotel technology systems, including Property Management Systems (PMS), Point-of-Sale (POS), networking infrastructure, internet services, telephony, CCTV, access control, servers, cloud platforms, and end-user computing.
- The IT Manager works closely with Front Office, Finance & Accounts, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering & Maintenance, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Security, Spa, Procurement, and all operational departments to support business operations, protect digital assets, improve operational efficiency, and deliver an exceptional guest technology experience consistent with the hotel's superior luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement the hotel's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Plan and manage the annual IT budget.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- A Master's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, with at least3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in a luxury hotel, hospitality organization, or service-oriented environment is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience managing hotel technology systems, enterprise networks, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and business applications is required.
Professional Certifications (Preferred):
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate/Expert (MCSA/MCSE) or equivalent Microsoft certifications.
- CompTIA Network+.
- CompTIA Security+.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)(added advantage).
