Job Title: Area Sales Manager (Telecommunications)

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales performance, expand market presence, and manage channel partners within a designated territory. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the telecommunications industry and a strong background in the fintech space (should have a current or past work experience with Opay).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
• Lead, coach, and manage sales teams and channel partners across the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and key business clients.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in telecommunications sales, with hands-on experience in the fintech industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 per month.
