Job Summary

• Our client, a fast-growing technology company, is seeking an innovative and highly skilled AI Developer to join its team and build cutting-edge AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, train, fine-tune, and evaluate Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
• Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to support AI model development.
• Deploy AI models into production environments and monitor performance for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to develop AI-powered solutions that address business needs.
• Research emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve product capabilities.
• Optimize model performance for speed, scalability, cost, and accuracy.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for AI models, experiments, and deployment processes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience building and deploying AI/ML models in production environments or a strong portfolio of AI projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python (experience with Java, Go, or C++ is an added advantage).
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar machine learning frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and data processing techniques.
• Experience working with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and AI model deployment.
• Strong understanding of statistics, linear algebra, neural networks, and model evaluation techniques.

Added Advantage:

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Vector Databases.
• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Weights & Biases.
• Experience in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Reinforcement Learning.
• Experience developing AI-powered SaaS products.
