Job Summary

• Richland Property and Homes is seeking a creative and talented Content Creator to produce engaging visual and written content that showcases our properties, strengthens our brand presence, and attracts potential clients.
• The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling, photography, videography, and digital content creation, with the ability to create compelling content that highlights our properties and connects with our target audience across different digital platforms.
• The successful candidate will work closely with the Social Media Manager and Sales team to develop content that increases brand awareness, promotes property listings, and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality content including property videos, walkthroughs, reels, photos, graphics, and promotional materials.
• Visit property locations to capture engaging photos and videos for marketing purposes.
• Develop creative concepts and content ideas that showcase properties and the company's brand.
• Produce short-form videos suitable for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Edit videos, images, and graphics to create professional and engaging content.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to develop content plans and campaigns.
• Create content for property launches, inspections, client testimonials, company events, and promotional activities.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity, tone, and marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on current social media trends, content formats, and creative techniques.
• Maintain an organized library of photos, videos, and other content assets.
• Support the marketing team with creative materials for campaigns and property promotions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in content creation, photography, videography, or a related role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous content creation work.
• Experience creating short-form videos, reels, and social media content.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools.
• Good photography and videography skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience creating content for real estate, lifestyle, or related industries is an added advantage.
