Job Title: Finance Supervisor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary
This position has the following core responsibilities:

• The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for company’s accounts receivables and payables activities which include but not limited to invoice processing, payroll computation, financial remittances, financial reporting and other related financial activities that may be delegated by the Finance & Accounts as required.

Job Details
Financial accounting:

• Process accounts payable and receivable (client and vendor invoices)
• Utilizing relevant accounting software to carry out accounting functions
• Attending to account inquiries from internal and external sources
• Ensuring company financial obligations are articulated and presented for payment.
• Reviewing incoming and outgoing invoices
• Preparing timely payroll and other financial commitments
• Preparing Bank and Cash Account Reconciliation.
• Providing Salary Payment Advice.
• Filing of monthly VAT accounts.
• Preparing and payment of statutory obligations.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements

• B.A/B.Sc. Finance and Accounting
• M.Sc. is an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years in similar role
• ACCA, ICAN & other relevant accounting certificate.
