We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Business Development Officer

Location: Lekki / Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and field visits.
• Promote and sell the company's products and services to residential, SME, and corporate customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts within approved company guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using the company's CRM system.
• Work closely with the Engineering, Customer Support, and Finance teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the company.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
