We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Operations Intern

Location: VGC - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and posting content across social media platforms.
• Support the planning and coordination of online and physical trainings / events.
• Assist in hosting trainings, webinars, and digital sessions when required.
• Monitor social media pages and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries when assigned.
• Help track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
• Assist in creating captions, content ideas, and campaign support materials.
• Ensure content is posted according to the approved content calendar.
• Support the social media manager with administrative and operational tasks.
• Stay updated on social media trends and suggest creative ideas for engagement.
• Carry out other digital and marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 0-1 years working experience.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of content creation and digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace is an added advantage.
