Pack ‘N’ Pay is a product of CIC Integrated Services LTD. CIC was created as a wholesale store that supplies food to offshore catering companies to feed the offshore workers. Pack ’N’ Pay was created as a product that would leverage technology to solve the problems of retailers and wholesalers. Pack ‘N’ Pay officially started operations on January 18th 2021 and launched her e-commerce website on March 1st 2021.

• The Pack'N'Pay Champions Programme is designed for energetic, ambitious, and well-connected individuals who are passionate about marketing, sales, and community building.

What You'll Do
Brand Awareness & Promotion:

• Promote Pack'N'Pay B2C products within your community and online networks.
• Create awareness about our products and educate potential customers on how they work.
• Share approved marketing content across your social media platforms and community groups.

Customer Acquisition:

• Refer and onboard new customers.
• Guide customers through registration and their first purchase or savings journey.
• Encourage repeat usage and customer retention.

Community Engagement:

• Build relationships within campuses, workplaces, estates, religious groups, markets, and online communities.
• Introduce Pack'N'Pay to WhatsApp groups, Telegram communities, associations, and other relevant networks.
• Support community activations, campaigns, and promotional events.

Referrals & Sales Growth:

• Drive customer referrals using your unique referral code or link.
• Promote special offers, campaigns, and community buying opportunities.
• Help increase customer engagement across Pack'N'Pay's B2C products.

Market Feedback:

• Gather customer feedback and market insights.
• Report customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
• Share ideas that improve customer experience and business growth.
