Job Title: Quality Control Executive (FMCG)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring products consistently meet quality, food safety, and regulatory standards while driving continuous process improvement across production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Perform routine laboratory and quality control tests in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications, GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements.
• Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality policies, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Support internal and external quality audits and regulatory inspections.
• Monitor product non-conformances and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Food Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' quality control experience in an FMCG manufacturing company (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, and food safety standards.
• Experience conducting laboratory testing, quality inspections, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
